Refund Policy

At Garisho, we do our best to ensure every order delights you. Refunds are available only in limited situations, as detailed below.

1. Eligibility for Refund 🧾

Refunds are possible only if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not offer refunds for dislike, change of mind, or product usage dissatisfaction.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received 📦

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To process such a claim, a parcel opening video is mandatory. This helps us verify and resolve your issue quickly.

3. Buyer Changed Their Mind 💭

We cannot accept refund requests if a buyer simply changes their mind after placing the order. Placing an order on garisho.com constitutes a legally binding purchase contract.

4. Parcel Returned to Us ("Customer Not Accepted") 🚚

In case of prepaid orders returned due to non-acceptance by the customer, the refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.

5. Exchanges 🔁

We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchase.

6. Refund Process 🪙

To initiate a refund (if eligible), contact our support team immediately. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
